MyAiCampus Browser Support Policy

E-mail Print PDF

The Student Success team has put together a support document (see PDF and "read more" below) to address supported browsers for the student portals. The support document provides details on the specific browsers that will be supported along with supported plug-ins and minimum requirements for computer operating systems.

In addition, Google recently announced that they would no longer support Internet Explorer 6 for any of their Google Apps including Gmail. We have attached that announcement for your reference.

Additional Information

·      Avoiding Inactivity Timeout

When an ISP’s internal browser is not in use, the ISP will consider the user inactive and will disconnect the user after a period of time. To remain active and avoid being disconnected, return to the main page of the ISP (every half hour or so) and click on a link or check email. This will reset the ISP’s "inactivity timer "and allow you to continue working in your online course.
